Michael Milligan, MD, CAQSM


Program Director - Dr. Milligan currently serves as the Head Team Physician and Medical Director for UNLV Athletics.  He completed his sports medicine fellowship at the University of Nevada School of Medicine - Las Vegas. Dr. Milligan is Board-Certified in Family Medicine, he holds a CAQ in Sports Medicine and has completed the UNC-Chapel Hill Family Medicine Faculty Development Fellowship.




Jason Tarno, DO, FAOASM, CAQSM


Clinical Director - Dr. Tarno has served as a Team Physician for UNLV Athletics since 2002.  He is Fellowship trained in Sports Medicine, Board Certified in Family Medicine, and holds a CAQ in Sports Medicine.  Dr. Tarno is in private practice at Crovetti Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine.  











CURRENT FELLOW



Eugene Hwang, MD


Fellow - Dr. Hwang received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Master's degree in Biology from Georgia State University, both institutions based in Atlanta, GA.  He went to medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA.  After completing his intern year in Family Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia, he went on to finish his residency training in Family Medicine at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA.  Specific interests in sports medicine include concussions, football, baseball, and basketball.
