Program Director - Dr. Milligan currently serves as the Head Team Physician and Medical Director for UNLV Athletics.  He completed his sports medicine fellowship at the University of Nevada School of Medicine - Las Vegas. Dr. Milligan is Board-Certified in Family Medicine, he holds a CAQ in Sports Medicine and has completed the UNC-Chapel Hill Family Medicine Faculty Development Fellowship.

Jason Tarno, DO, FAOASM, CAQSM

Faculty, Founder and Former Program Director -  Dr. Lenhart is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine. He was formerly the Team Physician for the University of Nevada Las Vegas and University of North Carolina, Wilmington. Dr. Lenhart is Professor of Family Medicine and serves as Vice Chancellor University of Nevada Health Sciences System and is former vice-dean at the University of Nevada School of Medicine.

CURRENT FELLOW

Fellow - Dr. Shah received his undergraduate degree from East Carolina University and went to medical school at the American University of the Caribbean in St Maarten. He completed a Family Medicine residency at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC, which is affiliated with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Specific sports medicine interests include football and basketball.
