Applications will be reviewed as received.  Interviews will begin as complete applications are received.  Last date for complete applications to be received is November 1, 2011.  Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

Requirements

  1. 1.Successful completion of accredited
    3 year Family Medicine Residency

  2. 2.Complete AMSSM application

  3. 3.Three Letters of Recommendation - one from your residency program director

  4. 4.Copies of USMLE scores (all takes)

  5. 5.Letter of interest and personal statement

Interviews will be offered as complete applications are received. 

Typically interviews will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays.
